Delivery & Shipping
We embrace a made-to-order philosophy, crafting each piece with intention to reduce waste, use resources responsibly, and create your design with its future home in mind.
Production takes 2 to 4 working days, after which your item is carefully packaged and shipped straight from our studio with the following estimated delivery times:
Switzerland: 2-5 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days
Rest of the world: 7-10 business days
Returns & Refunds
When you shop at rawlabdesign.com you have 14 days to return your order from the time you received the product. Unfortunately you can not change your product. If you want to change to another item, you must place a new order. If you want to make a return, contact us at hello@rawlabdesign.com. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
Please note: Each piece is crafted with care, so we can only accept returns for items that are unused and in their original condition. If an object has been used or damaged, we won’t be able to accept the return.
If you have the right to a refund, we will generally issue the refund as soon as possible upon receipt of the product. The refund will usually be sent to the payment method used when you initially purchased the product.
